When a person believes they are entitled, a certain self-delusion sets in. Then again, maybe the self-delusion was always there and that led them to feeling entitled.
No matter which comes first, the two end up walking hand in hand until eventually they both walk off a cliff and die.
In the meantime, the smart self-deluded and entitled person will invite others into the same play in order to be surrounded by fawning acolytes and willing soldiers.
In all cases, entitlement and self-delusion lead to a lot of evil and dirty deeds — and done not so dirt cheap, either — designed to destroy the enemy.
This is exactly what happened with Hillary Clinton. Here are only some of the more recent — but certainly not even a complete list of — dirty deeds deployed and designed to destroy freedom and liberty:
DNC rigs Democratic Primary Election so that Bernie will lose nomination and Hilliary can win. Lots of people watch The Bern burn and seethe.
At Obama's direction, his administration begins illegal surveillance on Trump, his family and transition team, and many others associated with him.
In advance, Hilliary is given debate questions with Trump; oopsey is claimed.
The DNC pays for fabricated dossier aimed to destroy Trump.
A former television personality releases a piece of film that does not belong to him but wherein Trump makes the point that when you have money, women will let you grab them even in the you-know-where. MSM is shocked!
The Obama Administration illegally taps Trump and team.
To cover their butts after the fact, the DNC and the Obama administration collude with intelligence agencies in the illegal actions of lying to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by supplying fraudulent evidence to get a warrant to tap all-things-Trump.
Hillary loses general election to Trump, and is shocked and angry. Bill is happy but won't admit it. Clinton Foundation donations come to a screeching halt.
Ol' Hill did not lose fair and square, say Obama and acolytes. So, in the last days of his term, Obama orders an investigation into Russian meddling in US national elections because Ol' Hill, the smartest woman in the room, couldn't have lost the election herself, doncha know.
Ol' Hill runs around blaming everybody for her loss but herself, making more enemies, burning bridges, and digging her grave.
The Democratic Party plays what it believes to be its "ace in the hole": The ginned-up and fake scandal that Trump colluded with Russia to win the election. There is no evidence or proof, but that does not stop mainstream media from talking about it nonstop.
One Huffington Post columnist goes so far as to say in print that after the trial to confirm his guilt, Trump must be executed. Claiming free speech rights, people hang Trump in effigy, and an artist "beheads" Trump then has a Z-lister female comedian hold that head in photo shoot. (That comedian loses all her bookings and complains that it's all Trumps fault she can't get a gig.)
In a classic "Squirrel!" technique to keep everybody looking away from entitled elites who remain intent on destroying Trump and to keep self-deluded butts out of jail, the MSM continues to repeat the lies even as the Clinton cabal falls apart.
Social media streams fill with anti-Trump rhetoric that, when boiled down to its essence, is against freedom, liberty, and justice for all citizens — and the ranters don't even understand that.
Tech and social media giants claim to be worried about "fake news" and build algorithms that attempt to shut down everything except the fake news they agree with — which just happens to support Obama, Clintons, Mainstream Media, Socialism, Fascism, and Communism.
Victor Davis Hanson writes brilliantly and bluntly about America's Media Meltdown. I suggest you click this link to read the entire thing. You will not be unhappy you did so. Here is a quote from Hanson's article on Hoover.org:

Hanson (pictured right) has done a fine job of explaining how and why the media rabidly worship at the feet of their P.C. messiah as they continue to proclaim him to be the only hope for mankind while conversely demonizing his successor to the Oval Office. Hanson invokes the goddess Nemesis: She first makes mad those she intends to destroy. America's Media are mad. They are cuckoo. Certifiably insane. Nuts. They are destroying their own businesses and the very country within which they operate and they don't care. We, the viewing public, have a front row seat. Talk about a reality show. We watch it on the screen every day. TV pundits no longer hide their lies as they rely upon the ignorance of you the viewer. Yes, they think you are flat out stupid and will believe anything they say and will act according to their wishes. But, uh-oh, the vast majority of the public isn't quite as credulous as they believed. So what do they do? They threaten. What is it they say in physics? That for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction?
Citizen Journalists are that equal and opposing reaction to the insanity that is the Socialist P.C. Media that, by the way, is just as racist and prejudiced as the KKK and Neo Nazis. The harder the MSM tries to screw us over, the damn harder we're gonna push back.

You've heard me mention Citizen Journalists in the context of this blog and others. Some may think it's easy being that. Hey, they say, all you have to do is write a few words or show some video; how hard can it be?
The rise of Citizen Journalists has happened because the Mainstream media has failed to do their job. They've failed by not researching properly. Giving opinion where pure reporting of the events would suffice. And in a lot of instances, totally fabricating stories.
So, yeah, being a Citizen Journalist is difficult. I spend hours researching and confirming stories before I write them. Even when I'm writing about them in a humorous fashion. In fact, when humor comes in is when the facts must be absolutely tight. I don't get paid for this. I do it because I must.
Just like Nydia Tisdale, a Georgia woman who has found herself to be a Citizen Video Journalist. But it seems too many politicians on both sides of the aisle don't like her filming open-to-the-public government events, meetings, and rallies. Now why is that, you think?

And no, Tisdale has a YouTube channel where she simply posts the videos. In other words, she's no commentator, offers no opinion; she's just the video scribe. Here is one example of what she does:
In their haste to convict President Donald "The Hammer" Trump of treason and have him executed forthwith, everybody around him has been attacked. Because of their association with Trump each and every one has been painted with a target. From his youngest son, Barron, only 11, scared out of his mind when he saw his father's severed head held by The Z-Lister Who Shall Not Be Mentioned By Me. To all his other children, and their spouses and children. To his ex-wives whether or not they live in Texas. To all his business associates, friends, dog walkers, employees, maids, and any descendant of any nanny who may or may not have changed his nappies. Targets, all. Fifty-three-year-old Anthony Scaramucci had just such a target on him. Of course, deny all you want, but how does one prove a negative? "Sir, when did you stop beating your wife?" implies you are beating your wife and denial only makes you look like you're hiding a dark secret. So Scaramucci was screwed and just had to ride out the attack. Which he did, publicly accepting the apology from CNN. "The Hammer" doesn't play games. He calls it like it he sees it. We all know fake news exists, but when Trump called it fake, we cheered and our hearts swelled.
Finally! Somebody with guts.
Whoppers are nothing new in the mainstream media (MSM) news game. Hey, the rallying cry of "if it bleeds, it leads" has become the lesser poetic and not-so-sexy "if it fits our Socialist Media Elite narrative, we must parrot and convict." Interesting thing, though: MSM is beginning to take pot shots at itself while still trying to be good little Socialists. Read this from TheGuardian.com about Scaramucci, the story retraction, and the three journalists' resignations:
The story was quickly questioned both internally and externally, including by the conservative site Breitbart News. It was determined that the story was posted without going through the expected checks and balances for one of such sensitivity, the executive said.
The failure to follow proper procedures is what led to the resignations, the CNN executive said. It’s not immediately clear what in the story is factually incorrect, or whether CNN would continue to report on the issue.
But that isn't the big story here. The big story is that mainstream media is not so easily getting away with telling those whoppers. Why would CNN, so overtly lying through their teeth for over a year now, suddenly yank a story and fire...errrr...accept the resignations of three journalists? CNN would have you believe they retracted the story because they voluntarily did a review and found the story wanting. You know, the old "see how honorable we are?" routine.
Bullsh...errrr...bull crap.
The reason CNN was so quick to withdraw that story is because Citizen Journalists by the thousands have been holding MSM's feet to the fire using the dual and mighty powers of pen and technology to read, research, and rebut. Many of Citizen Journalists have had social media titans turn on them, regularly withholding their announcements about ready-to-read-and-share articles on politically incorrect websites. (By "politically incorrect" I mean to say disapproved by the ruling elite.)
The Patriot Act, mass surveillance, and all that stuff coming to light these days, exists
because people, citizens, allowed government too much control. How does
government get that kind of control? The same way an elephant is eaten: One
small bite at a time.
Hitler did not rise to power overnight. He had a plan. He
showed he cared for the German people. He created jobs. Heck, he ordered the
design of a mass-produced car called the VolkswagonBeetle
that everybody could ride on the brand-spanking new country-wide highway system
he was building.

people. Jobs. Cars. New roads. Of course, what he wasn’t telling the populace
was that these super-stout roads he was having built were for the sole purpose
of quickly moving heavy war machines and soldiers from one place to another. And they
thought it was for making their vacay trip easy. But…

And if you complain, O Citizenry,
we shall kill you. Your children are ours. Your businesses are ours. Your lives
belong to us. Yes, Hitler and his gang of enlightened decided to rule the world
according to their enlightened ways which were nothing but intolerant,
narrow-minded, conformist in the extreme, partial to themselves, and unenlightened.

In the United States those bites against civil liberties and
basic human rights started in earnest in the mid-60s when a concerted and
concentrated effort began to gut the very foundations of this country, namely
the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Madalyn Murray O’Hair
was a huge front runner of it with her assault on getting rid of all prayer in
schools, though truthfully she simply saw how the wind was blowing and took
advantage of it to make a name for herself.
In any case...
This gutting of the Constitution and the Bill
of Rights didn't happen overnight and it continues today. You want to know why
so much anti-Trump stuff is in the news? Because by daring to say he would
protect and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, President Trump is
threatening to overturn all efforts of those who have worked hard to turn government
that serves into Big "Nanny State" Government that controls by
convincing each succeeding generation they are too stupid to make simple
choices for their own lives.
Oh, how they are investing millions if not billions in
pushing their agenda of hate.
They loved the Trump of mogul and reality TV star.
They hate the Trump that defends against their tyranny.
They love the tax-paying conservative citizenry that provides
them their spending money.
They hate the “basket
of deplorables” — a much larger crowd than their wildest dreams ever expected
— which agree with defending the Constitution and protecting the rights granted
in the Bill of Rights.
Dripping Hate
All this hate drips from newspaper headlines, magazine
covers, and serious news shows on major networks owned and controlled by the
enlightened but whose circulation, subscriptions, and ratings have been falling
for years and they just cannot figure out why.
"See, we know best!" they and their handmaidens still
crow. "You (viewer, reader, and citizen, are a mere idiot and cannot hope
to understand. WE will teach your children what is best. WE will tell you when
you can move. WE are the enlightened. You want to know how stupid you are,
parents? WE, the progressives, will say it: You are too stupid to even tell your
children how babies are made or how to avoid pregnancy."
State-Sponsored Censuring
So, the State provides teachers trained in State-approved methods to teach
children in State-sponsored schools who are given State-approved materials and
measured against State-approved tests designed to keep citizens in their places.
The State punishes parents who dare to question what their children are taught.
The State upbraids and censures parents who dare to teach their children that
the best way, the very best way, to avoid getting pregnant is to use
self-control and not have sex until such time as they are ready to support a
child.
“What?” says the State, shocked at the impudence of such
parents. “Self-control? You’re children cannot exercise self-control because
they are animals, living in their reptilian brain, and when they feel an urge —
whether it to be creative and sing, or boink willy-nilly the gender of their
choice — They. Must. Not. Be. Hindered. Else their precious egos take a beating
and they won’t be able to reach their full potential. Oh, the horror.”
Take Hope
But it is sites such as this, and those of us like myself
who also write on our own sites, who are part of a strong networked fourth
estate of citizen journalists indebted to none, bound to truth, upholders of
justice for all.
We know we carry weight and are making a difference because social
media titans block us, ban us, shut down our accounts, or in other ways make
sure nobody sees our clear messages of what the real problem is: The fight to
take away freedom.
So, for those who read this blog roll, for those who share
the messages they read, for those who take heart from them all, we are working
